Wanted to love it, but can’t!!!
Loved the product when I saw it and read the reviews, ordered it for my 4 kids and everything looked great. Would have given it 5 stars till I put the puzzle together….does not form a proper heart, the top 2 pieces don’t fit properly with the bottom 2, was really bummed 🙁

Picture showed a gem in each piece and came in with nothing in any piece.
Did not get the same item that was pictured. Each piece was missing the different colored gem that it showed in the picture. Too close to Christmas for me to send back.

Very disappointing
The necklaces came without the birthstones!!!Each piece was supposed to come with a custom birthstone!I waited for this to come for so many weeks.. and to have it come with part of the product is just sad!I hope this mistake will be rectified!The birthstones were chosen as follows:Choose birstones for each puzzle piece1st Puzzle : June2nd Puzzle : October3rd Puzzle : December

Great sisters gift!
I bought these keychains as Christmas gifts for me and my three sisters. They were a hit!I was originally sent the wrong birthstone and after I reached out to the seller, they quickly sent me a replacement in time for Christmas.

The words direction is different than advertised.
My only problem with this is I had a quote put on the back of the four pieces. In the customize area it shows which piece would hold which words, but it does NOT tell you that the bottom two pieces text will be upside down, and I assumed the orientation would be like it is in the example picture they have that says “your text”. So instead of having the first part of the quote across the top two pieces, part of the quote down the bottom left piece and the end of the quote of going up the bottom right piece, the bottom two parts are now out of order, and you have to turn the heart upside down to read it… I guess I will have to still give the pieces to my friends, but I am disappointed that I will have to explain that it got messed up.

The perfect gift for my siblings!
I ordered this for my siblings and myself. I’m the oldest of the four and I wanted a little something for us to each carry around. I had our names engraved on the pieces and I absolutely love it! My brothers and sister were very happy with it as well. Thank you so much for creating this memory for us!

Not as described – pieces do not fit together!
I ordered this for me and my sisters. I received the product and the engraving was great and the thickness of the keychains were not flimsy. I gave 3 stars because i did not like the fact that when I place the puzzle pieces together they did not fit together like a heart as pictured or described. The two bottom portions were larger and sized different than the two upper pieces. I still gifted them to my sisters but I would have appreciated if I would have received the product as advertised.

Pretty and well-made, but should have been less expensive than the necklace version since no birthstones and chain included. Also, this took much longer to come than the necklace version did.

PERFECT!!!
I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but the keychain was perfect!! It fit together perfectly and the engraving was also perfect!! The shipping was quick, which was a surprise because it did say it would take longer. I would definitely recommend! It’s super cute! My daughter loves hers and she knows that her friends are going to love theirs too.
