Not exactly as expected
I do love the necklace, it’s very nicely done. However, I was under the impression there would be 2 of them, my mistake. But it came as silver and I ordered rose gold. I guess it’s ok, but has there been 2, my best friend would not be able to wear it as shes allergic.

Bled inscription
The pictures I saw advertised as well as the one I saw in the reviews all looked very sharp and clean… both of mine turned out blurry like the inscription bled. I was super excited to get these, but ended up just really disappointed with what I got.

Engraved letters unrecognizable
The idea of the necklace was so cute, as my 13 year old daughters best friend just moved to another state. I chose the lowercase letter option for the initials. Well, they tried to engrave the letters in cursive and failed horribly. The letters were “s” and “z” for the girls first names. You literally cannot tell what letters they are, especially the s. We almost didn’t even want to send her friend the gift, but it was too close to Christmas to return and wait for a new one. Maybe choose the uppercase option if you decide to order. Otherwise it’s a cute necklace

BFF necklace
Very sweet necklace. My only complaint is certain letters might be hard to read because they are small and cursive. I was VERY PLEASED with the customer service. When I received it the first time the state was wrong. But they immediately made and mailed me a new, correct one. It arrived just in time for Xmas :))) I would purchase from them again.

Received this earlier than I thought I would. The tracking stated it had been shipped but was not updated. To my surprise it was in my mailbox. The necklace itself has a nice weight to it and the clasp is sturdy. However, I asked for the lowercase E on both states and it does not look like a lowercase E but just a squiggle. The necklace as a whole is just what i wanted and i am not too worried about the letter. I had a necklace like this but i broke and I ordered this as a replacement. It met my expectations and made me smile.

Do not get the added note
Love the necklace it is perfect length and pretty good for the price. My only thing is I paid $10 extra for gift wrapping and a note. All they did was write my note in sharpie nothing else. I could have done that.. again I like The gift but the $10 extra for sharpie writing seriously

Bought this for my daughters BFF who moved across the United States from us. Super cute idea. Her friend really liked it. My only complaint is the style of font used for the initial yes they are capitalized but the A looks like a big lower case instead is A like this! But other then that nice product!

For the price point, this is a pretty decent, personalized necklace. It came in a cute little box with the seller’s name on it, and the bar was covered with protective baggie. The metal is a bit shiny, so it’s hard to see the engravings, which aren’t as deep in the material as I thought they’d be. I don’t mind too much, and I’m overall satisfied with my necklace.

Originally bought this for my mother as a birthday gift, since I live several hours away. Initially, I received the product and one of the states engraved in the necklace was incorrect. However, their representatives were incredibly helpful and understanding, and helped me replace the item with no extra charge, saying it was important and helpful that they be made aware of things like this so they could improve themselves in the future. I’m willing to believe this was a one-off mistake and I treat it as such to this day. When I finally received the correct product (quicker than I had received the original, by the way,) it looked incredible and my mother was incredibly happy with her gift.

Clasp is poor quality
Due to my size I needed to purchase extensions for the back of the necklace so I could wear it. Unfortunately the clasp is very poorly made and will open on its own. I love the product but you will need to replace this portion of the necklace.
