Bought for a special anniversary picnic celebration. It was received with delight! The basket is well constructed and the contents were perfect.It was an extravagant purchase at $145 and now we see it for double that price! So, 1 Star off for that!

Im absolutely in love with this basket. It’s so big and roomy. It came with two white plates, two glass wine cups (not in the picture), a small white blanket, silverware, a small square wood board( not in picture), and a corkscrew opener. It is so worth the money!

It arrived so much faster than I thought and it’s so cute!! It’s bigger than I expected but it’s great to store multiple things!! I can’t wait to use it in the spring and summer!! If you’re debating whether or not to get it, definitely get it

Super cute and worth the money, very big and comes with all the silverware, the stuff made of glass is wrapped in bubble wrap for extra safety, and the cloth that comes with is good size.

super cute and big to be able to fit a lot of food, also comes with two small plates and a cutting board that i wasn’t expecting..but one of the sides is defective so the lid droops on one side when it’s opened :((

Missing items
I bought this basket for my daughter for Easter back in March. I didn’t open the package until The day before Easter to fill it with Easter stuff. That’s when I noticed the missing salt and pepper shakers. Although the time frame to return has ended it would’ve been more of a hassle to return just for the shakers, but annoyed that for the price tag they are missing. It is a very beautiful basket otherwise.

I absolutely adore this picnic basket! It is very sturdy and has a lot of room. It does get a bit heavy if you put a lot of items in it, but that does not bother me. This is a great quality item and I know I will be using it in the years to come!

This basket is truly a beautiful item. It’s sturdy and spacious and all of the utensils are well made. My only issue is that the lid does not perfectly fit. It’s a minor nuisance. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it again really soon.

perfect wedding gift
I purchased this as a gift for a bridal shower. It was a huge hit. It is study and of very good quality. The only thing I wish it had was some type of picnic blanket to sit on but most people I’m sure have an extra blanket in the closet they could use. I would buy this product again. It was very pretty and is a piece you could use for display in your home when not using it.

It made a very nice wedding gift..In the reading of this it said would monogram but at check out there was no mention of personalization … despite this am very satisfied with my purchase …

Avoidable defect
The lid on my basket did not stay open because one of the connecting chains was too short. Seems like an easy feature to check before sending out. As others have noted, the basket is quite large: 17.75″ horizontally x 15.25″ vertically. I could not find this detail on the Amazon product description, and because of the size it might be a bit awkward to carry for some. Otherwise the basket seems sturdily made and the contents are of good quality. I am exchanging it for a different basket though.

Almost Perfect
This basket is truly so so gorgeous. All of the things it includes seem to be good quality and long lasting. It even comes with a little cutting board! My only gripe with the basket is that the top of it doesn’t seem very durable. I’m not sure if it’s just because of all the weight that is on it, but I feel like it should have been designed to account for that. I saw a ton of reviews talking about how large it was which made me nervous, but it is a very reasonable size. It’s pretty much what I expected and I don’t think it would fit all the add-ons if it were smaller. Overall very happy!

My forever picnic basket
I never write reviews and I’m only doing this because it popped up while I was shopping but I loved this picnic basket so so much that I’m writing one. It was 100% worth every penny. I am in love with this basket. If I had a son I would sacrifice him for this basket if necessary. I truly have never felt more queer in my life than when I hold my picnic basket. I refused to use it until I had a picnic dress that was worthy of this basket. If if were to break right now I would immediately buy a new one. I cannot emphasize how much I love this basket. Also it is deeper than you think it will be which is a nice plus.

Highly Recommend This Gorgeous Basket!
I bought this as a surprise date idea for my husband and I for our anniversary. I expected a good quality basket with quality items inside. However, what I received was surprising.The basket was scheduled to arrive at the end of the day, but actually arrived early in the day, which I was extremely excited about. I knew there was glass products within the basket, so I almost expected to find a broken glass or broken plate. I certainly did not expect everything to be intact. However, when the basket arrived, after thoroughly inspecting everything inside, I was extremely happy with the quality of each product. Not only was nothing broken, but the quality of the products inside were much higher than I would’ve originally thought.The wine glasses are similar in look to crystal glasses, very beautiful. The plates are much thicker and sturdier than I expected. They are definitely high quality plates. The silverware is much higher quality than I expected as well.Despite all of this, the basket is actually very light and easy to carry. The inside of the basket is lined with this beautiful antique linen that is nicely padded. All in all, this basket is exceptional and absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend it!

Best picnic basket on Amazon!
I’m so in love with this purchase and I’m going to flat out tell you it’s worth every penny. The basket was so well put together and everything in it is amazingly detailed. I love how it came with everything for a picnic for two even a picnic blanket to match the whole set! One thing is this basket is a lot offer than I expected, no complaints cause more room for food and wine just didn’t expect it to be so big lol.

I love it except…
I love it, it has everything that was listed and is big enough to hold plenty of food and drinks for two. As much as I love it there are a few problems with it. The lid doesn’t stay open and it doesn’t have anything I can use to keep it open, I had to use the napkins to wrap the plates in so they don’t get scratched. The blanket is too small for two people to sit together comfortably and it doesn’t seem like it’s for out door use. I instead ended up ordering a blanket specifically for outdoor picnic use. It’s also not insulated at all.

Nice for the Price
This is a gorgeous basket and looks very old fashioned and romantic. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the handles were kind of stiff and didn’t want to move freely and the chains that hold the lid weren’t exactly the same length, leading to the top opening a bit crooked. The plates are good quality, and the rest of the accessories are also very nice. I found this basket in a catalog at a much higher price so found a good deal here at Amazon.

Makes for an incredible gift!
I decided I had to up my gift giving game and chose to give this to my wife for a holiday – she absolutely loved it! Who can argue against grabbing some bottles of wine, some cheese and crackers, and going out to enjoy the outdoors and each others’ company?The quality of the set was actually impressive and will make the event feel a bit more luxurious instead of using cheap cutlery, for example.

Adorable!
If I could give this 4.5 stars I would. It was so, so cute and everything in it was very nice and wrapped very well for travel. The couple I gave it to loved it! The only thing I did not like was the handles were a little lopsided and the lid was kinda hard to shut with wine glasses. They seemed to be in the way and it took a few tries to get the basket to shut.

This is great and beautiful picnic basket that has all that you need. Good quality items and we use it all the time. The only thing that it does not have is a latch so that you can close it securely in case it falls over none of the contents will spill out. Everything else is a huge bonus and we get many compliments on it. Thank you

Everyone complimented our basket
I purchased this basket for me and my fiancé, as we were having a picnic with 3 other couples in a park, celebrating Valentines day. Everyone loved and complimented the basket. It’s very well made, high quality and bigger than expected. I was able to fit everything I wanted to carry inside (see picture for everything I placed inside, with the exception of the champagne bottles, for which I carried a separate basket – the one on the right). I am very happy with the purchase and it was worth every penny!

Stainless cutlery & salt & pepper shakers, cloth napkins & ample room to add the bottle of champagne before I gifted it. There is plenty of room to add the picnic items.

Pungent smell. I can’t recommend this!!!!!
I wish I could give this a better rating. I purchased this along with a picnic blanket and cookbook for a wedding gift. It looks cute even though it is a little cheaply made but for the price I expected this. Why it deserves a 1 star rating is the smell associated with the basket. Thankfully, I ordered this a month before the wedding. I’ve been working on getting rid of the pungent smell since it arrived. I’ve been spraying it and also have had drier sheets in it. The smell is better but not completely gone. I’m going to add a couple of bottles of wine and have painted a wooden tag with their names and wedding date to go on it. Hopefully, this will make up for the lingering smell. Sorry I can’t recommend it!

Honeymoon gift
I bought this beautiful basket for my fiance and myself. It came in and I was amazed at heavy and sturdy it is. It would a little to heavy to lug on long walking trips to the picnic sites, but the qualityof the real china and silverware is worth it. I will purchase another one for my cousin’s wedding gift.
